Low cost that is the only positive thing about this bank. Personnel change every day and have little knowledge of communication and treating their customers. Furthermore, their website is often offline and data is incorrect. There is no adequate handling of complaints and admission in case of mistakes has never been heard.
Site has more downtime than uptime nowadays since being a "bank". Worthless.

I now have 2 accounts with BND and I am extremely positive. Simple and very transparent. Customer service also very helpful and easily accessible. I don't recognize the negative reviews here. It all works much simpler and faster than with a regular bank.
