I was a new client, but I had to wait a long time for a call-back appointment, then to speak very unprofessional and rude, in advance the lawyer made false assumptions about my case and he indicated that he did not want to have a ' "Awkward client" when I never met Mr. face to face or had a history or something funny. Very treated, never a lawyer and advise nobody. The following response from the owner is nonsense. I am rude and unprofessional in advance. After this conversation, it would only be checked if there was a connection. Then I would be called back. Once again, I did not call, so I did not want to go to this office with this office. So the owner does not have to distort the facts. I am sportive enough to go to another office when it comes to mismatch. Enough choice and better offices, but rude treatment has nothing to do with being an office. This is about misconduct. Hard to understand for some lawyers who seem to be above the "mob".
