If I can give a negative star I would. Very rude lady on the phone with absolutely no manners.won't allow me to talk. Extremely unprofessional. I feel sorry for the owner of this agency. Really bad.

The man I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I literally had him on the line for 5 seconds and he is already interrupting me and saying that what I say is not true when I had not even asked my question. When I indicated that he was not listening to me, I was yelled at and disconnected. I would not recommend working with this 'company'. Very unprofessional behavior is shown here. And from the moment you pay for your ticket, they don't want to help you with anything. 1 star is actually too much for the way I was treated yesterday.
