Unfortunately not had a good experience with this travel agency. January tickets booked, paid in June and then in October (2 months before departure), to find out that the tickets have been paid for but never confirmed at the SLM. The excuse was that things still had to be arranged ... There was never honestly told what the problem was and no status update was given. If we had known this from the start, we could have bought a new ticket online for a reasonable price. And now unfortunately between 300 and 500 extra costs to buy new tickets. Since there were never tickets confirmed for us. the money has been accepted but this note has been nicely communicated to us. Good and honest communication is a major loss!
