Living in France, ordered a birthday cake for my brother in Amsterdam, paid at forehand by the very reliable Dutch Ideal payment. Payment was confirmed and taken of my account a couple of days before his actual birthday...... Cake never got delivered, and after calling Ijs van Columbus got some vague excuse that they didn´t get the payment.....no excuse, but they would pay my money back immediately........This was the end of March, today, the 22th of May, after 2 emails I´m still waiting to be reimbursed..... So it is a no go shop!
