Pros
1) Great place to work out with friendly staff.
2) Its not much crowded most days of the week
3) More than enough machines for cardio.
Cons
1) There are not much duplication in terms of weights. There is always one set of weights available(dumbells and weigh plates) and it gets hard a get a hold of them if there are more people.
Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of choices of group classes, lots of equipment. Locker system a bit old style and dressing room very spartan. But you don’t need annual membership which is a plus in my opinion.
Nice open and spacious gym. Lots of equipment and TV screens.
I deduct a star for having to pay extra for showers. I quickly started doing like everyone else, biking back home to shower :-)
Just finished my third year at Fit4free. I am not sure if I continue as the price is higher for me now that the non-peak hour membership disappeared. Edit: I will continue as I can keep the original unrised price.
Very busy during peak hours but good equipment
The training rooms are as well equipped as any budget gym. On the flip side there is no sauna and you need to pay extra to take a shower.
