High Tea & Pie Hoogerheide

Ordered high tea, but without tea bags 🥴. Asked about this when picking up but with a straight face I got a "no" Says enough to me, too bad! Little effort seems to me.

Downright bad. Staff nowhere to be seen. High tea snacks very moderate: various supermarket savory snacks. And they weren't exactly warm. Dry brownie (should be really creamy). With a high tea you expect more spectacular than this and especially more homemade. Since it was a baby shower, the owner could come and have a chat with the lady in question. But he stayed in the kitchen. The staff who very rarely ever passed by was not talkative or anything. No warm feeling with moderate food. No go.

Just a great cappuccino for only € 2.20! This could be increased given the quality of the coffee and service with a smile. Nice terrace, good awning, easy parking. I'll come back here for sure. Support this entrepreneur!

I ordered a drip cake via social deal including macarons and a topping for 27 euros. Immediately after the purchase I had sent some ideas via email how I would like the drip cake to look like. She could copy the pictures I sent, or at least something that looked like it. Madam had indicated some rates. So I had indicated by email that I would like a white drip cake with white topping and in pastel colors some decoration with pearls, alla Unicorn theme. I have not received a response to this anymore, but I assumed it would be fine. When I came to get the cake I was quite surprised a bit disappointed. It was a pink cake with green topping. Not exactly the way I wanted. The cake was very much appreciated by my friends. They all thought it was beautiful and tasted very good. In short, communication could be a bit better, but it was a delicious drip cake.
