What a terrible costumer experience, we’re at the bank exactly at 4 pm, but we’re not seen as the bank closes at 4 pm. Really that is how you treat your costumers? I’ve kind of had enough of this so I really think of going somewhere else where it is understood how to be costumer friendly.
The atms are not working in this bank location and neither any of the abn amro atms are working in the town.
I visited today asked for an account to be opened. Employee at the counter said that I had to do this online but I did not try that and that I had to go by. and she said we will look differently on the computer when the customer is ready because corona is only 1 computer on she could have easily looked at her own computer but well I literally waited 30 minutes for the customer to be ready and finally the customer was ready and asked Mrs. if she could now she said yeah come there literally 15 minutes also waited for her and did not come she was so busy telling her private things at her colleague they have to take such literally away behind the counter this is really not neat and customer friendly waited 45 minutes for nothing and I walked away angry this is not possible.
Cash machine breaks more often than not. If your Money is stuck in the machine, you can wait 10 working days until they have solved their error and you have your money back.
I am always helped well, very friendly and take the time for your questions, occasionally one of the dump machines is defective, but that is quickly resolved.
