Always anti-sport until I took a free trial lesson. The feeling of getting the best out of yourself in a pleasant community with good guidance at your own level has been an addiction for years. There is also support in a healthier diet to become the better version of yourself.

A nice challenging gym. You make progress at your own pace and can be helped in all areas (nutrition, training, lifestyle). Pay attention! It is very addictive!
