asks for cash when he finishes a case and tries to get you out of 1000's of euros, complete disgrace that this kind of lazy lawyer can be.

Was assisted in my injury claims case by Mr. Brogtrop. He made no trouble for the case except to the interests of the insurer. I encourage you therefore to not to go with Mr. Brogtrop

Due to a conflict with the landlord regarding legal responsibility and separation, I asked Mr Van der Poel for advice. Mr van der Poel sent me a clear E-mail the same day with accompanying articles of law so that I could write a registered letter to the landlord. I also received this by mail at home. The landlord still did not agree with the dismissal of joint and several liability. Then again made an appointment with Mr van der Poel and she sent a letter to the landlord. A day later the landlord called and made an Allonge so that I was fired immediately from joint and several liability. Very quick and clear help and advice from Mr van der Poel which caused a huge burden on me, since my own lawyer (from Steenbergen) gave the advice to wait and not respond to the landlord. I found this too stressful and uncertain. If I ever have something again, I will definitely contact Prisma lawyers again.
