I admire the product but the customer service was pretty bad, when they made mistakes they just ask customer deal with it themselves, customer service told that "you should contact shop " and shop said you should reach customer service. no one wants to take the responsibility once there is a problem. I spent my time and money for nothing but bad experience, not even get my order in home.

Reasonable price and nice staff

Good variety of furniture with reasonable prices, but there are a lot of pieces which have very poor quality

Went to a bakery with a complaint about a damaged chair, but it was out of warranty. Still helped quite well by referring us to the head office
