I have done a 4-week kick-off package at Inner Quality. This is me very liked. Every week on the scales and a weekly schedule with what you can eat at what time. Because of this I learned to vary a lot more with products and how much of everything you are allowed to do. I also learned a lot from awareness and living in the moment. The exercises tailored for my character to do well. Because I like to run I only used the powerwalk session once. Which incidentally is very nice and was cozy. Noel is a very nice coach who can motivate well, think well and empathize! I have achieved a great result that I am very happy with. Would definitely recommend it!
