Trustable car rental company I've ever had !!!

My brother and me rented a car two weeks ago. When he brang the car back to the company they did not want to give him a copy of the contract. They did not return the diposit either. We are still waiting for it...

Rented a Citroen Jumper (diesel) at Hertz via Busjehuren.nl (FlexCarrental) for a week for a move abroad. In itself a great bus ... but ... the first day I received a message that Adblue had to be refilled otherwise I would not be able to start again. I had never heard of it, but the gas station did and so I added a liter. Then the same message again. In total I have almost 20 liters I was able to do spread over three days (it turns out that the entire tank had to be filled up). Apparently the entire tank was completely empty when I got the bus. The next day I got a message that the oil level was low and needed to be topped up. So this also but topped up. I think this is easy to check by the renters and it must be in order when the vehicle is handed over. Never heard of it again Most disappointing was that the costs incurred (20 liters of Adblue and a liter of engine oil) were not reimbursed after the receipts were handed over. After four months, they come up with an invoice for a toll of 2 euros on license plate that has not been paid due to their demonstrable negligence, a fine for late payment of 48 euros, and 18 euros in administration costs. If you say something about that, the owner of FlexXarrental starts to threaten with higher administration costs, collection agency, blacklist. He hereby signs and presents himself as director of Hertz Netherlands, of which he only has one agency. By the way, we had no contract with Hertz. Are you curious how they think about this at Hertz? Bad company and person. Better avoid.
