Incredibly dissatisfied with the service of Van Mossel Privé Lease. We have had a serious car accident with our lease car. This accident was not our fault, as stated in the Police report and on the claim form. Van Mossel is not sympathetic in this. There could be no "are you all right?" from. We were immediately hit with costs, while we pay extra every month for replacement transport. A week after the accident, while we have been driving our replacement transport for a week, we are told that Van Mossel will terminate our contract from the day of the accident. From that day we are 100% liable for the costs of our replacement transport, we are informed. We are having a hard time dealing with this fierce car accident emotionally, and Van Mossel only sees money. So now we have emotional damage from the accident, a large bill for replacement transport and without a car, on which we depend for our work. And still, no sympathy from Van Mossel. It seems nice, a lease car, but if money is at stake at Van Mossel, they leave you in the freezing cold. All this, while the accident was in no way our fault. We hate this. When we indicate to Van Mossel that we do not agree with the course of events, the only thing we hear is: "That's a shame, but this is how we're going to do it." Not a shred of sympathy to be found, and I think that's the worst.

Even 1 star is 1 too many. Chance-less business. Dare to scratch a hubcap by charging the amount 23 euros. No more mussels for me. Instead of 40,000 I only drove 35,000 km, but did calculate the one hubcap.

At the time it seemed like a nice deal, it now appears from small print (which have NOT been discussed with me) that the service that was promised to me by mail is not being fulfilled .. very unfortunate Van Mossel. Otherwise, I would have definitely recommended you.

They don't respond to emails and they don't call back, you have to contact them again and again. With every phone call I spoke to an average of 5 staff members. And as soon as you sit with the good "colleague". Will he sort it out and call back (which did not happen). And in the end they simply pass on the costs of a mistake they admit to the customer. This is the first and last car I buy from mussel
