I appreciate that they fix my car, it also hurt when i had to spend over 1000e for repair. I only mad on them because during the repair they broke my Silver frame around the gears handle. Problem was that they sed it was the mechanic whos bring car to them, i was there and hi did nothing with that because i see it. Now they told me that they can order new one but it will be costed 200e funny thing because i found almost half of tunnel with that frame for 80e. So now i have to pay them 200e to fix that what they broken....beautyfull. i hope rest of People will not have any situation like that, but i propose if you going to pick up your car, be sure to check everything is working. The Best way make o few fotos before you leave the car a front of worker to make sure that if something happend you allready have evidence that it was ok before you leave the car. Only 1 star because now i feel not so good siting in my car and see that broken frame.

They don't do business as they should. Sales man didn't introduced himself. Didn't say anything about the car. It was a spacious car but it had to much scratches inside as well as outside . Really big scratches. They weren't willing to negotiate, finely they took of 145 euro of the price. Still the price was to high. I walked away. 15 min later they called. Nefkes said will go down to the max price, which i told him we might be willing to pay, when no other car was in that price range. We were done with talking we walked away that means we are not buying from you. Treat your customers right negotiate and fair. I am not going back nor will i ever buy a car here.

Super service!

Een afspraak gemaakt voor een proefrit. Bij binnenkomst hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw. De verkoper was zeer vriendelijk en legde geduldig alle ins en outs uit van de auto in de showroom. Na de proefrit (die een uur mag duren) prettige nabespreking gehad over de mogelijkheden en opties. Een welkom gevoel aan over gehouden.

However, it soon turned out that she wanted to know everything about me. The lady of the chat promised to see which car suits me best, but kept digging for my personal data. I have left my email address and indicated that I wanted to receive the search results there and did not want to be contacted by telephone. Autobedrijf Nefkens Tilburg approached me by e-mail, without the search results of course, but asks me for my phone number, because it was suddenly not clear whether I was looking for a car from or up to 2015. When I answered this by e-mail, I only received an e-mail with the link to the search function of used cars on their site. Of course, nefkens says he is not interested in my personal data ... 🤣🤔
