Bo-Rent Tilburg, Aphroditestraat

Made too many issues to rent a machine, needed residence doc (never ever needed when I rent online from them, but as we didn't speak Dutch that's what we were asked) rented somewhere else. Really disappointed as we liked the company.

Many things can often be rented 30% cheaper elsewhere. The website does not provide any information about the availability of a tool. It is therefore not a good idea to reserve something on Sunday for Monday. There is no further cooperation between the branches towards the customer regarding the possible availability of a tool.

Most customer-unfriendly Bo-Rent location I have encountered (and there are quite a few). Returning the car 5-10 minutes before closing is not appreciated. The way you are then addressed is downright antisocial. Employees clearly skipped the "how to deal with customers" course. You won't see me here again.

I rented a bus quickly and efficiently :) minimum formalities, a European driving license and a document confirming the address of residence in the Netherlands, for example, a letter from the ING bank where the address is provided. Busa can be returned even after company closure. They give instructions personally. Small deposit, returned in full, I recommend it!
