Today outrageous treatment at Shell on the Vlijmenseweg. I wanted to increase my tire pressure and use the air machine at Shell. When I connected the machine, it turned out that air was coming out of my tires, instead of there. So I soon had a weak tire and I couldn't drive anymore. The Shell employee could not help me, even after consulting his manager. He wanted to give me the number of the ANWB - well thank you, I can look it up myself! Then he casually stuck a sheet with "defect" on the machine and was not concerned about my fate at all. Eventually I called in a company to inflate my tire. Why couldn't Shell use the ANWB for me? Or anyone else that a band can pump? This is the service that they want to be known? I find it dramatic for this billion-dollar group! They are the customer anyway permanently lost.
