Annoying customer service experience During Black Friday 2020 I took advantage of the promotion for filters for my jacuzzi. The promotion on the website was 3 + 1 free. However, when the order is delivered, I will only receive 3 filters. I contacted customer service. The woman immediately apologizes for the lack of clarity of the action and says she will look for a separate filter to forward it. She just needs to discuss this with a colleague. An hour later I receive an email. The promotion is "buy 3 sets of 3 filters, and get the 4th set for free". In other words: buy 9 filters and 3 free. She can't do anything about it. I can return my order, but that's it. I am very disappointed with Toppy's customer service. I bought a lot of them in the past year (including an inflatable jacuzzi) and expected more customer-friendliness. I let Toppy know about this. See photo for the offer that I thought I used.
