Bougt a instrument through the online shop, instrument was really badly packed by the seller. after opening of the package there was a major damage on the instrument. the seller refused to take the instrument back and give me any refund. the shipping company was not guilty . really emberassing to pack a musical instrument like this. Never again
They scammed one of my students. Sold them a guitar that was supposed to be all-solid, but it's not. Won't take returns either. Looking at their website, it becomes as clear as a day that these people are crooks. Be careful!
