Placed an order 4 days ago, still no shipping confirmation received - and no order either.
The company cannot be reached by telephone. There will be no response to emails.
Very bad experience so far. Our project is at a standstill while waiting for these parts.
Good website. Easily accessible by phone and immediately suggested a good solution. Highly recommended.
Great website. Clear, and easily ordered. Because Google did not automatically enter my house number, it was missing with my order. I was called nicely the same day by the staff, asking where the envelope should go; they had already finished the order. And two days later the LEDs were on the mat!
Nothing to complain about, and certainly on my list for future orders! This time with house number.
