Good shop when you want new phone or laptop. Not all the products that you see in the shop are available. It's good idea to compare prices online.
Don't go for things small like cables. These things just like in small shops are usually overpriced.
Very bad service, came to return product and get moneyback like it stated on their website 100 days after buy you can return, but some different conditions they found not to do that, like why did not you bring it immediately it is not even relevant question! I bring when I want if it is within 100 days, would never buy from them, be aware and warned, would never advice buying from them, if something goes wrong it will be always your fault!
Very mechanical . Customer service is appalling! More interested in what is in your wallet rather than helping customers with knowledge of the products. Staff members are prone to pass-the-bucket mentality .....passes customer on to the next staff member and he passes on to the next staff member until customer gets fed up
Friendly staff and wide variety of electronic products to touch and feel
I like it, it's got more choice then the one in my town, Hasselt and prices are often better too.
