The microwave I ordered at Coolblue has been missing for a week now and Coolblue has given me no solution. I first checked with postNL and Coolblue, it was clear that they did not know of the whereabout of my shipment. It has been a week now and I have phoned Coolblue 2 times and sent them 3 emails. Coolblue initially said they would start an investigation for my shipment. 2 days later I received an email asking me again if I had received the darned microwave and a survey asking how much I was enjoying that microwave (that I had never received). It has been a week now and I have called Coolblue again. They said that they would look into it and then kept me holding the line for 1 hour...
