Bad service and customer friendliness. Months have to wait for delivery and placement, appointments are moved just like that, they charge extra costs for delivery (€ 150 for transport company). And even if the transport company was ultimately not addressed, they pass these costs (for storage due to late delivery because no technician was available) to the customer. No apologies and if you send a complaint about it, they will interpret it as 'a difference in expectations'. I don't do business here anymore.
Good building materials. And knowledgeable counter staff who take care of it
