It had what we needed. Unfortunately one of the items we had was marked 50% discount, however the cashier overlooked this. We discovered this on the parking lot so went back in to get the refund, we were given paperwork to take to the same cashier who to begin with was not friendly, well second time around was not better. The other employees that we had contact with were friendly though.

Horrible client service. I phoned the day before to ask if their wood saw department will be open the next day. I was assured that it will be. I organised a car so I can transport the wood I was planning to buy. When I got there the saw department was closed and the staff just pulled up their shoulders and said it's closed and didn't care that their staff was poorly informed or trained.

Good options to buy lighting

Good DIY shop. The staff at the information desk is generally very knowledgeable. I prefer groenen to the other DIY shops when I need some human help on mixing and matching parts, need a recommendation etc.

Big shop and pretty diversified but somehow I never find what I am looking for.
