There is always something at this office. As if there is a curse. Always busy, machines that don't work, computer systems that don't work. People do their best, that's not the fault, but otherwise actually always worthless. You always drive for free the first time, you know that in advance!

Expertly HELPED, very friendly employees. Wouldn't want another bank, previously Postbank, have been a customer for 40 years now.

I tried to deposit my change but the machine is always full or broken!

Visited during the corona time. The distance is kept everywhere. Was neatly helped by an employee. Who also had time for a chat. Waiting time was not too bad, +/- 10 minutes on a weekday around 17:00. The reason for my visit, changing my 06 no. What I actually expected in 2020 to be able to do online myself ..... Unfortunately so drove to the office, otherwise 5 stars !!
