I bought two sets of tools here, a set with bearing pullers and a box with lower floats so that I can pull old wheel bearings out of my rim and then hit new ones. Both sets are very well packed in one box the next day after my order delivered to the house. I will post the reviews of the products on the website. At first I was a bit hesitant because I couldn't find any reviews but in the end I was very satisfied. No contact with customer service so I can't say anything about that.
