We stayed here for two nights for the Valentine’s day and enjoyed it a lot. Very clean and strict about the protocols against Corona! Still you could pick up your breakfast (buffet) and order some food from the restaurant! The menu for the food was a bit limited but super delicious. They also had a special menu for the Valentine’s Day. The prices were also very reasonable. Very beautiful design in the lobby and the room. Clean whirlpool tub!The sauna was a bit small! Very beautiful view and nice staff!
Great property. Very family friendly and the staff are very helpful. If you have kids, it's perfect as there's a play area 2 mins away. They can play while you can relax. Recommended for a weekend stay
It's near a quiet remote town. Also next to a fores which is a big plus. Felt well-rested but the staff was not making any effort to make us feel like a guest there. Hospitality is not their strong point apart from maybe 1-2 people working there.We stayed for 5 days and still the same staff were giving us kind-off bossy instructions about things like we are first comers.Limited choice of breakfast. Dinner was okayish but more could be desired for such a star rating.

The location is perfect for the people who like silence, rest, chill, relax! I loved this hotel from the first time I came in! I will always come back! It's the most beautiful hotel in the whole NL!! I love the whirlpools and jacuzzi! It wort every cent! I love you Van der Valk! The staff is friendly and talk really nice to us! Perfect hotel!!!
