What a great place to work on your health! Many different ways to make your workout the way you like it! The evening are the most busy, especially after dinner, around 6.30pm. I love doing my without in the morning, from 11am till 12.30pm, there are not that many people online then, so no waiting for machines you wanna do your workout on. They work in blocks of 100 people max to do strengths training and cardio. There are also group lessons. In their app you can see how many people already made their reservation, so you can choose for yourself if it's too busy for you or not!

Bit expensive if you compare to other gym facilities in Netherlands. But totally worth the price as they got everything you want for a good workout, be it heavy weights / cross fit / cardio / running track or even indoor football training.

Website info is very limited (probably on purpose to lure you in for their sales pitch). Their facilities are nice, but fairly expensive.

Me and my family have been working out here from the start, beautiful gym, also possibilities for athletics, (indoor) football and personal training. Milon circle for personal training of the whole body. Beautiful sauna, solarium at a very attractive rate and a beautiful indoor playground for children.

Quite pricey gym, but the appearance (on the inside of the building) is nice and spacious. There is also a downside; the large open space cannot be kept cool in the summer, and actually just too fresh in the winter to enjoy sports. For two consecutive summers I have barely been around for quite a long time, just because it got so hot that it can't be kept out. There is a 'free' childcare service, 'free' sauna facility on request, and recently also a sunbed that you can use 'free' once a month. If you do not use these peripheral facilities, you simply pay for it in your subscription. Mi. it would be more logical if you paid a basic price for the sports facility, and charged an extra amount for those specific facilities.
