Premium movers Breda

Premium Movers' movers have damaged a very expensive piece of business equipment during the move of my business. They are not a member of a professional movers organization in the Netherlands, which means they have no official way to resolve problems. Right after the incident I made the claim with pictures and videos and even had the movers make a note that they dropped it so there is no disagreement about who is responsible. I chose to work with them because they told me they are insured against 100,000 Euros so I thought if anything happens, then they are covered. Now it's more than 9 weeks and they have not come to me with a solution. I informed them I found an expert to come take a look and if possible fix it, they didn't even agree to paying the expert. I call them weekly and not only do they not do anything to resolve the matter, they refuse to tell me which insurance company they are insured by. I think it's entirely possible that they have not even made this claim with their company because their premium will have to go up. I finally had to take a lawyer to resolve the matter. I would not recommend Premium Movers to anyone with anything valuable to be moved. I am a professional artist and had a solo exhibition in New York in September of 2021. I had to postpone the solo show because without this kiln, I can't create the work I need to. If you have any questions about this, you may contact me. Do not work with Premium Movers if you have valuable objects.

Ricardo and Jordi provided an amazing service from start to finish! I totally recommend using then for home removals: competitive prices, excellent customer service and polite staff. I moved from Utrecht to London (UK) with the help of Premium Movers Breda. I was really happy with their services. The two guys were very friendly, on time, and handled everything expertly. Even when things went wrong (e.g., the elevator in the London apartment unexpectedly didn't work), they stayed friendly and worked extra hard to finish. I can highly recommend this company!
