At the beginning of this week I found all kinds of super nice gifts for a small price and I already received today! Well packaged, neatly with a warning about fragility and a thank you note. The latter is of course not necessary, but very customer-friendly! They do justice to the name "Special" because these kinds of things for low and high (er) prices you will really not find anywhere else, my extensive search about the internet has taught me that. I am a regular customer from now on!
We have ordered 2 booklets from the Special Design Store. Unfortunately, due to an unintended error at the sender, we never received the booklet and it was unclear to us and Special Design Store where the shipment was. After not receiving anything for 5 days and no clear feedback from the mail sender, Twan from the Special Design Store sent the booklets as a new order. Now successfully and quickly received. Nice that Twan has sent a broker. Did not have to, but is certainly appreciated! Always clear and friendly quick response to email, not set aside by Twan. This gives a professional impression with customer-oriented action. We do not give 5 stars, but 4, otherwise the review is not taken seriously, but this is not due to Twan or the Special Design Store. Greetings Roelof and Celine

Fast delivery, good communication, nice product. Very unprofessional collaboration with DHL. Have to pick up the package at a home address with a grumbling owner!
