The order date entered via the internet was not correctly copied during the request, so we reacted to adjust the delivery date. Called 1 day before delivery to ask if the delivery was still well planned. It was indicated by telephone that this was the case. On the day of delivery, there is suddenly no bus with tailgate available. 'Unfortunately, we no longer have a bus with a tailgate. Our system does not state that you have requested a bus with a tailgate. ' I stood with my back against the wall with my agreed removal team. Maybe this was an incident, but if I ever need a bus with a tailgate in the future, I will rent it from another organization.
