Sensitive treatment by the dentist and his assistant! It went like this. Today I had an appointment for my daughter and I went to the dentist with her. We arrived just on time "a few seconds earlier to be very precise". Fifteen minutes later, the dentist came to pick up the next patient and the woman opposite us IMMEDIATELY got up and walked in. We thought it was her turn BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT FROM 15 TO 30 MINUTES FOR MY PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS !! We waited another 5 minutes. Then the assistant opened the glass window and said that we were 10 MINUTES TOO LATE and that we either have to wait another 20 minutes "for the patients to be ready" or that we need to make another appointment, ALTHOUGH my daughter's appointment was a check-up and lasted a maximum of 5 minutes. We said we were not late at all and that when we arrived NO ONE WAS AT THE DESK to check if we were late or not. Her response was "YES, YES," AND SHE CLOSED THE WINDOW AND WENT IN WITHOUT LISTENING TO US !. my daughter was very surprised by this treatment and wanted to go home. She felt DISCRIMINATED because we are foreigners. It was her FIRST dental appointment that was canceled! I had other bad experiences at this dental office, but what happened to my daughter today was very unpleasant. The bad emotions she got should never get rid of. Maybe they thought we CAN'T COMPLAIN AND DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENED TO US TODAY !! (I wrote this together with my 15 year old daughter who doesn't want to go to the dentist anymore, sorry for the language errors)
