Today 11 November 2019 I arrived at Primera on the Nijvenheimstraat in Venlo. I wanted to send a letter there by registered mail, the branch holder was so incredibly attentive, he immediately saw that I had made a writing error on my envelope because of the zip code. The good man immediately called with the mail while he called he looked again in his own device where he can only look at the zip codes. Because it started to get busier I told the gentleman I take the envelope home and call the recipient on what his zip code is the recipient told me something completely different where the shopkeeper & I didn't come out. It is that you can only give 5 stars as far as I am concerned he deserves double the effort he took for me was unbelievable. Thank you very much for this.
