I what world does Shell Venlo live in?
If you come to refuel, forgot my wallet, they ask for ID to be handed in (may they not, but okay) ..... but if you come to pay 3 days later, your ID is in the safe (well stored you would say) .... but now I have already been 4 times and the manager has never been there (2 times between 9-11 and 2 times between 13.00 -15.00) !!
In the meantime I ran a tank empty for my ID and if you get to speak to them with a lot of luck, she surly takes all the time in the world as if you were a criminal.
Nice staff works there.

Refueled here with a fuel card which apparently does not work on their ATM. Manager added, suggested to pick up my normal debit card on the case. Then was told to leave my ID card because the company manager said, "Types as I know." So was the last refueling at this company!
Normally I don't write reviews but I looked up the opening hours of this branch and would like to report that I am joining Danny and the DIY company. rarely experienced such an unmotivated and rude staff as what is put here in the store. this is good for a quick message, but customer service has never been heard of here!
