Good assortment, competitive prices, professional staff and excellent service.
I would like to buy locally, but not this way!
Because the stores are closed, we bought a new washing machine at EP Tummers via video calling. The video chat works properly and we get a good clear explanation of the washing machines, and finally decide to buy a Samsung with an extra navel opening on the front. When the machine is delivered (for which we also have to pay € 25 extra shipping costs) it appears that we have received a different type.
When we call EP Tummers, it turns out that the machine we selected has the wrong price card. The type that we bought online via the video chat was almost € 300 more expensive afterwards.
Of course we could not have known this. Unfortunately EP Tummers does not want to meet us. They say they can't take anything off the price, and we just have to pay the shipping and installation costs (over € 40 in total)
I want to pass this on to EP Tummers:
1) Glad customers want to buy locally and pay a little more
2) Getting a customer is 1, keeping a customer is 2. You have now lost us forever.
3) Whoever makes a mistake has to sit on the blisters
4) I don't have to go the extra mile, but we are entering into a purchase agreement and we must both adhere to it!
Next time we'll just go to Coolblue. Is cheaper, no shipping costs and installation costs are also cheaper.
Bought a lot in Tegelen for a long time, even when it was Tummers on Kerkstraat. Always perfectly helped by especially Peter. Now in lockdown, therefore, called Tegelen himself to place an order. As we are used to, went well. Tummers can be proud of such an employee.
