If you are looking for a yoga teacher with a passion for the profession, then you have to go to Helmie. We have done the pregnancy yoga 3 times, with a short repetition sufficient for the last 2. She prepares you well for what is to come, both for the woman and for the partner. The breathing techniques in particular have been very useful during labor. The partner is given the necessary attention to how you can support and help your wife as best as possible. Getting to know Helmie as a very nice person with a lot of interest in us and especially passionate about what she does.

We have experienced the lessons at helmie van dijk yoga studio as very pleasant and also benefited greatly from pregnancy and childbirth This is definitely a must!
