Where do I start with this ... I train with the guys from NEVLO coaching since it was still Dave Schmitter Body & Lifestyle coaching. Not only have I been able to experience good growth, I have also seen the trainers themselves grow. With the arrival of Melih and Joris and the move to the new building, things have become very professional. Physical growth does not only consist of pumping weights, but also of mindset, daily rhythm and nutrition. In recent months, a lot has been focused on at NEVLO coaching and worked hard on this. The results are impressive! I myself am convinced that this will only get better in the future, because the golden formula for growth is practiced by the boys. Whatever your problem is; building muscle mass / losing weight / dry training .. The guys from NEVLO coaching can help you in every area.

Been to many gyms, but Nevlo really stands out in the areas of genuine friendliness, professionalism, equipment, accessibility, mutual social cohesion, nutrition, etc. I've never had a moment when I didn't feel like exercising, the atmosphere that is already there motivates me to come! Besides the atmosphere, the fitness equipment is really of a different caliber than the gym on your corner and the personal trainer is always very involved and passionate to achieve my cardio / strength training goals! Stop apologizing and start your first PT class now, I am convinced Nevlo is definitely one of the coolest gyms!

Real toppers! You will receive very good guidance. Think of nutrition, training, etc. You can text or call them at any time for questions. They really show that they are there for you and look at your wishes and goals. I missed this at other companies, for example, but here you notice immediately at the intake that you are a member of the family. I have a completely different mindset thanks to the guidance I receive. We have already been able to show good progress. I can't wait until I can get back to work GIVING GAS !!
