Quick response and a quick offer to our online request. Service was available on-site at very short notice (within 24 hours). In our case, it was about a box spring bed that did not fit through our stairwell. Very nice and professional contact. Professional and experienced execution. We had made another offer. This was on the one hand more expensive and on the other hand the service was not available on weekends. We didn't have to think twice. We can therefore unreservedly recommend this service. Perfect!

Although the first attempt was unfortunately unsuccessful (wrong equipment), we reacted very flexibly and quickly and implemented a pragmatic solution! On time, friendly and inexpensive. This is what service should look like, thumbs up!

Simply a top performance that I can only recommend to everyone. Super fast processing in advance. Fast response. Absolutely on time on the day of the move. Everything worked perfectly and the furniture was incredibly quick in the apartment. The driver was incredibly friendly and even helped with the charging. Price was as previously discussed and you have the option to pay in cash as well as by EC. I will only book furniture lifts through this provider and can only warmly recommend it to everyone. It couldn't be better!
