Don't come on Saturday for a blockage. Appointment Monday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., so sitting at home all day. Then no one shows up. I call once, after waiting 15 minutes I am told that they will come in the course of the evening. No one comes without a counter notice. Call again and you will be told that it will no longer work, but someone will come tomorrow between 08:00 and 18:00. Again they cannot give a time indication. Someone has to stay home all day. Downright arrogant and outrageous. Staying at home costs money.
