I am disappointed with how online orders work. I've been waiting for the order 5 days! I got an email informing me that the order is ready, and I have to call to make an appointment. However, no one answers email or phone calls. But when I came to the supermarket, I was sent back with the words "we will call you when the order is ready".

Biggest DIY storehouse around Venlo. Lots of materials and usually of good quality. But because it is so big, it is sometimes quite hard to find the materials you're looking for and/or find someone who can help you with it, because most staff have one expertise and can't help you with other questions. Have not gotten help with my question a couple of times now, but other times I've been helped really well. Prices are generally quite competitive and good. Sometimes cheap, sometimes more expensive than other places. But in general, this is the place to be for a DIY home renovation project.

I do not recommend this store, I made the order the day before, the order was supposed to be ready at 10, I was privately paying a lot of money for the bus and the order was not ready on time, I reported it to information but they are so brazen that they do not even write back, never again !!!
