Useless company! They first make appointments and cancel after without offer of any other day or time. If you are not native Dutch speaker, at some point you will be out of the list with info that they have also some one else at the same time.

Our house sold through InterMakelaars and this second time really top service. Both the brokers (Remy and Rob) and certainly also the office staff (Nadine) know what they are talking about and have advised us well at any time about the steps to be taken. No more to sell a house for the time being, but otherwise I would approach them again immediately.

Rented a house in the center of Venray for two years. The house was then equipped with gray walls on the ground floor and a bright pink wall in the bedroom. Never given the opportunity that the previous occupant had to leave this white. So poor transfer. Now for take over a laminate floor that is offered throughout the house and on the ground floor 1 yellow wall, on the 1st floor and 2nd floor 1 yellow wall. After 2 months finally received a message that they really want to give a ridiculously low amount for the floor and we have to make the walls white. After explaining how we have been assigned the property, no room for agreement. For two years always paid a pretty high rent, the house was very well maintained (others could learn something from that) and now stinks of thanks. I do not recommend ACM as a broker and I am certainly not satisfied with the completion of the delivery. Pity.
