Our problem with the drainage of the rainwater was quickly resolved in a professional manner by a friendly and skilled employee of Dakwerken Ton Gielen B.V. solved.

I may have called 15 roofers and most of them immediately got the reaction that they could not work until January or February and Dakdekkers company Ton Gielen offered to come and have a look the next day in the afternoon. I then asked if they could call me a good hour in advance, I received a bell almost 2 hours in advance that they would like to come around half past twelve and around five past half past one they were there. They came to see where the damp spots were, then inspected the roof and could not immediately. After a somewhat further inspection, it turned out that the rain drain from the upper roof was loose and had released a portion of the roof ridge and as a result the rain water ran into the wall. When it was clear what was going on, they started making it immediately and showed me what was going on (with good and extensive explanation, so that you as a layman also understand how it is / what is going on) !). And about another half hour later it was already made. Just received the bill for this roof repair today and that is not too bad for me but 100%. Thanks again for the quick and good service.
