Strange situation with this dental practice. We were previously assisted by dentist Dominik Dziewiecki. According to the assistant and replacement, he should have a bowel operation. When he comes back they don't know. This operation is said to have been carried out in December. Now I have just been google and see that Dominik Dziewiecki started in January at a dentist in Baarlo. He will therefore not be returning to Sint Odilienberg. Patients are not informed about this. The replacement was also ready within 15 minutes with a check for 3 people. Dominik Dziewiecki needed much more time and also cleaned the entire set of teeth. I don't know if we're going to stay with the dentist. Too bad that Dominik Dziewiecki is no longer there.

Very happy with this practice Both the dentist and his assistant Marianne are top players My fear of the dentist is still there but you are immediately reassured. Marianne and the doctor are really a top team that complement each other well. Love for their profession !! People do not believe the negative things themselves experience how nice and casual it is, no treatment that is forced on everything in consultation.

Have been coming here since opening. A relief with the previous practice where I came. No hassle with 'menus' and prices, just fair treatment. Both dentist and assistant are very friendly, so I do not understand the negative response to a review at all. Keep it up, you are a great team together!

The dentist is very sympathetic, but inexperienced, is completely overruled by his assistant who you think "what happens here" as soon as you come into contact with her. In the past treatment process, nothing really went smoothly. Both medical and administrative procedures went completely wrong! However, Mw does not take any responsibility and blames everything and everyone, even the client! Her approach to clients can be called rude, bluffing, curt, unfriendly tone, breaking in on conversations with the dentist and even taking over the conversation. Clients are kept on the line with excuses that really make no sense, etc, etc! Not to mention the financial settlement. Duplicate invoices are a reason to check whether it is correct. In short, very customer-unfriendly practice and a reason for our family never to take another step.
