Super service
Extraordinarily bad!
It used to be Maxwell and they still had service, after the takeover by Tummers the service has disappeared. It is better to order your electronics on the internet at Coolblue, these are cheaper and offer no less service.
I have been a customer at Tummers for 35 years (previously at the hospital in Roermond).
My question was to borrow a transformer from a TV (30 minutes) to see if the transformer of my TV or the TV was broken.
At first the young man on the phone didn't understand anything at all, could buy a new TV and hand in the old one too, they couldn't do anything else.
Tummers, you have grown too big.
