It is awesome, if you want to be like proton after training: half life. I do enjoy getting disconnected and positively tired.

After years of not exercising, I started 2.5 years ago. I had back problems for years and was very reluctant to start. But thanks to the good guidance of the Feel Good staff, I am still super enthusiastic about sports after 2.5 years. I have virtually no back problems and, not unimportantly, I have lost 10 kilos permanently. I recommend it to everyone. Bianca Worseling

After a long time I found the courage to start exercising again. The Milon Circle at Feel Good is really great. Training for over half an hour and then feeling satisfied and energized. And the staff are very enthusiastic. My reward is the round of the sauna as a conclusion. Give it a try too.
