This company is unreliable. Sends invoices for services not provided. Refuse to make anything even though it has been posted by their resume and you have a maintenance contract We have been without hot water and in the cold for days. And that with young children. Tried to have a decent conversation with Mark Pleunis but unfortunately this man has no sense of responsibility. We have now forced another company to come. And these immediately removed the boiler. He was dangerous. Also leaked gas. Mr himself cannot be reached for further comment. And pushes everything away after the operator, who is allowed to handle it very weakly, hiding behind it. And now he wants to get the bills paid for material he says he has ordered, After we have said not to pay, he proceeds to threaten. Sad that this is possible. I am not the only one I read above. Be warned don't do business with this company. And Marc Pleunis I hope that sooner or later you will get your deserved wages for treating people like that. I have no words for this. You are a crook and cheater.

You won't believe it (not me) When installing the smart meter, the network administrator said there was a serious gas leak somewhere in my house. He cut off the gas and sealed it. I have to call in an installation company. OK .. Pleunis B.V. is only 100 meters from our house. Over the years I have bought many thousands of € of material from them, that's how I called them automatically ... I: "I have a serious gas leak and everything is closed .. can a technician come and have a look?" Pleunis: "Yes sir .. we can come in 5 @ 6 weeks" I: "I have a GAS LEAK AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN LOCKED .. I live only 100 meters from you .. can someone not come and have a look?" Pleunis: "Yes .. in 5 @ 6 weeks" Emergency service apparently does not exist at Pleunis. They just aren't interested in your problems. Called another company in Roermond and immediately sent a technician.

Worthless. Does not even want to come in the evening (because people work during the day) to place a complete CV installation. Think the rest will pay way too much if you can maintain this setting.
