Estate agent Michel made an expert impression, knows the market well. The broker took ample time for the 'intake' meeting. We were well guided throughout the administrative process, sufficient photos were taken of the house and then presented in a beautiful way. We were informed of all actions (viewings, results and bids) that followed. No information about the house was kept behind. Due to the corona crisis, almost all communication went online, as well as signing the purchase agreement and passing the deed at the notary. In short: we were very satisfied with the way of working of and with broker Michel.

First contact was fine, there was an immediate confirmation by email about the appointment. Property was carefully viewed and measured. Research had already been conducted into surrounding homes and comparable homes to justify the sale price. Agreements that have been made are also fulfilled.
