Made an appointment to view the possibilities for a dormer. Would have seen no one at our place at 10 am but at 11 am. Called at 11:15 and then we were told they would be there soon. Still no one seen at 12 noon, called again but there was no answer. Then again sent an email. Never seen anyone again and no more response to the email or phone call. You take the morning off for that! Thanks for nothing
