The first Shell petrol station in Europe without DKV acceptance that I have experienced, extremely expensive and staff not friendly. Not recommended, avoid if possible!

I think they have removed the laughing muscles from all the staff at this gas station, a smile can hardly get rid of it🙄

They make a mistake at checkout. Letter from the bailiff with € 40 extra costs. Then you stop by to hear that it is up to you. Insinuation that you did not mention the refueling. My answer if not to be put together is parried with 'You don't hear me say that either. Or do you hear me say that? " Would I still have walked inside if it had been an evil intention? In short, I was not answered in a customer-friendly manner by an existing manager from another gas station. So I thank you for a follow-up, pay the bailiff neatly and will refuel somewhere else next time. And of course pay better attention to the ATM display!
