Below an honest substantiated review. Most of the reviews about Tummers are correct. Good service, good advice etc. etc. This also applies to us. A loyal customer for over 10 years. Washing machines, TVs you name it. Until something breaks. Then Tummers no longer gives home. The TV of my parents-in-law (3 years and 3 months old) broke down and the way in which these people well over 75 have been treated is downright scandalous. Loan device without sound, repair ultimately not possible, an alternative proposal with a TV that is 200 euros cheaper in the media market is a rip off and the rule that this should not be discussed with third parties only made these old people even more afraid. To be continued, we will not leave it at this point. A very disappointed old Tummers customer. We will not buy anything here if this is not properly resolved.
